Red Baron

I had the Monogram plastic model kit and the Hotwheels version of this iconic hot rod when I was a kid, the legendary Red Baron. Every kid knew this car, and we all wanted one. And if you would have told me that it was possible to build it microscale with some 11 parts I would have been pretty skeptical, but check out this version by Unijob Lindo, it's perfect!

Red Baron Down

I had a really cool Red Baron model kit when I was a kid. Of course I really had no idea what it represented, who Manfred von Richthofen was or who was fighting who and for what reason 50 years before I was born. All I knew is it was a bitchin' red triplane. Speaking of which, it's no less awesome built in bricks as we can see in this sweet diorama by PigletCiamek.

Fokker Triplane

When I was a kid I had a really cool Revell model kit of the Red Baron. This triplane by matthewvelar1 totally reminds me of it. Hopefully his will be allowed to sit quietly on a shelf and look nice, and isn't totally smashed by a certain little brother while trying a get a book down while I look on in horror from the upper bunk...I digress...
